Salesforce Field Service package configuration along with its implementation of the complete process by using Salesforce FSL objects and Scheduling optimization, Routing, Technician Setup, Automation of Scheduling and Dispatching of a Service appointment.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

My roles and responsibilities include providing solutions to the architectural design, developing and maintaining the branding as well as deliverability of the product. Along with deliverables, my role also includes the complete implementation and configuration of FSL packages in salesforce by setting up Service Territories and Service Resources along with multiple configurational Field Service objects.
