Led the implementation of Salesforce B2B Order Management System (OMS) to streamline order processing and integration between Salesforce CPQ and the client's e-commerce platform. The project aimed to enhance order accuracy, improve inventory management, and optimize fulfillment processes for both direct and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

Collaborated with stakeholders to gather business requirements for integrating Salesforce CPQ with the existing e-commerce platform.

Designed and documented the integration architecture to automate the flow of orders generated from Salesforce CPQ and the e-commerce site into Salesforce B2B OMS.

Configured Salesforce CPQ to automate pricing, quoting, and proposal generation processes, ensuring alignment with customer-specific pricing rules and discount structures.

Order Workflow Optimization: Defined and implemented order workflows in Salesforce B2B OMS to facilitate order routing, approvals, and fulfillment processes based on business rules and SLAs.

Testing and Deployment: Conducted comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) to validate the functionality and reliability of the integrated solution. Managed deployment activities and provided post-deployment support to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

Developed training materials and conducted workshops for end-users and administrators to promote adoption and ensure proficiency in using Salesforce CPQ and B2B OMS functionalities.

Monitored system performance metrics and conducted regular audits to identify areas for optimization and enhancement, ensuring scalability and efficiency of the solution.
