Overview

Salesforce Field Service solution for oilfield workers. Service Leaders assign jobs to technicians from the Dispatcher Console, and technicians use the Field Service mobile app on site to fill in the forms each job requires and to manage the inventory they use.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements

• Enabled Service Leaders to schedule and assign jobs to technicians through the Field Service Dispatcher Console.
• Delivered mobile forms for Job Safety Analysis (JSA), FSO and Customer Authorization that technicians complete in the Field Service mobile app for each assigned job.
• Implemented inventory management so technicians can track and manage the stock used on the jobs assigned to them.
• Served as Technical Architect and Tech Lead, owning the solution design and leading the development team through delivery.
